14-day money-back guarantee

If TiviOne Premium does not meet your expectations, you get the full purchase price back within 14 days of purchase, without giving reasons. For the yearly plan, this also applies for 14 days after each automatic renewal.

Write to support@zf-labs.de with the order number from Paddle's purchase confirmation, or contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net. The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method you used.

With the refund, Premium ends on the TV concerned and a yearly plan is ended. The free version remains available.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer remains unaffected. It is handled by Paddle as the seller under its buyer terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

The free version of TiviOne offers Live TV with a programme guide, so you can test the app with your own provider before buying Premium.
