Terms of use

This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the app TiviOne by Fatih Gürbüz, Z|F Labs ("we") on LG TVs with webOS.

2. What TiviOne is

TiviOne is player software only, comparable to a video player. We provide no channels, playlists, streams, provider accounts or any other content and have no influence on the content you access through the app.

We do not sell or broker streams, channel packages or IPTV subscriptions. TiviOne Premium only unlocks additional features of the software, never content.

You may only use playlists and provider accounts you are entitled to use, for example from your TV or internet provider, or your own recordings. Use with illegal sources is prohibited. You alone are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you access.

3. Free version and TiviOne Premium

The free version offers Live TV with a programme guide for a limited time per day and one TV source. Further features are reserved for TiviOne Premium. The scope is described in the app.

TiviOne Premium is available as a yearly plan or as a one-time purchase (lifetime). Both apply to the TV on which the purchase was started. Prices are shown in the app and before purchase.

The yearly plan renews automatically for another year unless you cancel it beforehand. You can cancel it at any time with effect from the end of the current period; Premium remains active until then.

4. Purchase

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns.

You can cancel the yearly plan at https://tivione.zf-labs.de/en/cancel, through Paddle (https://paddle.net) or by e-mail to support@zf-labs.de.

How to get a refund is described on the "Refunds" page. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, Premium ends on the TV concerned.

5. Right of use

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use TiviOne for private purposes; for Premium, on the unlocked TV.

If you replace your TV, we will move the licence to the new device on request to support@zf-labs.de.

You may not modify or decompile the app or circumvent the licence check unless expressly permitted by law.

6. Availability and updates

Whether channels and streams are available depends on your IPTV provider and your internet connection. We have no influence on this.

Unlocking Premium and new app versions occasionally require a connection to our licence server. A version that is already unlocked keeps working without this connection.

We continue to develop the app and may change features as long as the core of the purchased service is retained.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
